Description We're seeking a Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing client who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. + Process and manage customer orders through an ERP system

+ Review purchase orders for accuracy and coordinate order updates as needed

+ Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipments, pricing, and invoicing questions

+ Partner internally with Operations, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting to ensure customer needs are met

+ Maintain customer portals and web-based ordering systems

+ Research and resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer concerns

+ Provide shipment documentation and related order information

+ Assist with returns, credits, and other account-related requests
