Duties Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person using multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional office environment. Utilize Office management software, Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools to organize data entry, prepare reports, and update spreadsheets accurately. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, data entry, and maintaining organized records to support daily office operations. Assist with calendar management and scheduling for team members or clients, ensuring timely follow-up on appointments and deadlines. Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, resolving issues efficiently, and communicating clearly to enhance client satisfaction. Support office management duties including inventory tracking, filing systems, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth workflow. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ERP, and other productivity software. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, spreadsheets, and document processing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone communication skills with experience in multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette. Previous office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong clerical skills and office management capabilities. Ability to manage time efficiently while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines consistently. Technical proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, printers, scanners, and filing systems. Personal assistant or front desk experience that highlights excellent client service and organizational abilities. Experience in archery is preferred but not required.
