Member Services Representative Pay:

$12.00/hour

Schedule:

Must be able to work evenings and weekends We are seeking fitness mined individuals to provide outstanding customer service to YMCA members and guests while creating a welcoming fitness center environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist members and guests Demonstrate equipment use EGym orientations Monitor facility access and enforce policies Show members how to use fitness equipment Support personal training sales Maintain clean and organized fitness areas

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience required Ability to pass background check CPR/AED/First Aid (or obtain within 30 days; training provided) Why Work at the Y?
