Job description: SFM Fairfield has a career opportunity as a Powersports Service Technician for leading powersports brands like Can-Am and CFMoto. On the job training, incentive-based compensation and benefits are offered for this full time position. SFM Fairfield is a new powersports dealership in the state of Iowa and is locally owned and operated opening in March 2022. We are looking for an outgoing, detail oriented individual who is eager to be part of a fast-paced retail organization.

Duties Include:

Diagnose powersports machines for all repair and service needs. Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and other items to increase value to the customer. Assist service advisor in estimating time and parts required for repairs to communicate effectively with customers. Complete manufacturer required training on-site/online to remain compliant for warranty and general service. Work with service advisors to identify opportunities to promote the sale of additional labor services, parts and accessories. Inspect quality of work performed as required, prior to the delivery of the unit to the customer. Complete service and repair work in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Move units in and out of the service department as required. Must have high school diploma/GED. Must have valid drivers license with ability to be covered by company insurance to drive business and customer vehicles. Must have own tools. Specialty tools will be provided as necessary.
