Full-Time, Exempt Schedule:
Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee Weatherization, LIHEAP, Outreach, and Housing programs. Supervise and support program department leaders and managers. Monitor program goals, performance measures, reporting, and compliance requirements. Oversee grants, budgets, reports, and program-related documentation. Develop and maintain program procedures and operational guidelines. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of program staff. Represent UDMO at community, state, and national meetings and training events. Provide guidance and support to staff to promote quality client services. Qualifications & Requirements Associate degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered. Prior supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with computer systems and standard business software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel throughout the service delivery area and attend meetings as required. Valid Iowa driver's license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
