Toyota makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities :

Welcome customers to our dealership with a smile and positive attitude Leads and coordinates lane support team Effectively delegate tasks to team members to optimize lane flow Coordinates and delegates responsibilities to maintain smooth, high-volume service operations Direct the appropriate service advisor to that customer Prepare their vehicle for their appointment Move their car to the appropriate location depending on the service that is being done. Deliver cars back to the customer when the work is completed Must be able to walk and be outside frequently

Pay:

$20 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7am - 5pm

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old to apply Prior team lead experience preferred Have a valid Iowa Driver's License and clean driving record Will submit to a drug and background screening Be able to walk and be outside frequently Must be able to delegate and multitask
