Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

Exceptional oral & written communication skills. Highly self-motivated & customer service focused. Willingness to learn. High School Diploma or equivalent. Professional phone etiquette. Friendly, approachable, patient, and respectful.

Responsibilties:

Assist colleagues with administrative and service tasks when necessary. Work with current clients and prospects. Will primarily focus on Property and Casualty lines of insurance. Managing phone calls, visitors, emails, and scheduling simultaneously Maintaining files
