Job Description

Join the team behind Briscoes Homeware and Rebel Sport Full-time and part-time fixed-term opportunities Morningside based with full training provided Peak Season is coming, and we're looking for Experienced Contact Centre Representatives to join our Contact Centre team in Morningside from November through to mid-January. This is a fast-paced, high-volume Contact Centre role, particularly during Black Friday and the Christmas trading period. Supporting customers across Briscoes Homeware and Rebel Sport, you'll help make sure they receive a great experience during one of our busiest periods of the year. You'll be answering customer enquiries, solving problems and working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. We have a mix of full-time and part-time fixed-term positions available, with flexibility around different shift options. This is a 7-day Contact Centre operation, so flexibility to work weekends is a requirement of the role. Full training will be provided. Successful candidates will need to be available full-time, Monday to Friday, for the first two weeks of training, beginning in the second week of November. What you'll be doing Helping customers with enquiries over the phone Providing friendly, efficient and solutions-focused service Working through customer queries and finding the best possible outcome Managing multiple tasks in a busy Contact Centre environment Working with the wider team to achieve service and performance targets What you'll bring At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume Contact Centre environment preferred Great communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach Confidence multitasking and working under pressure Reliability, initiative and a positive attitude Good organisation, accuracy and time management A team-focused approach and motivation to achieve results Why Briscoe Group?
