Integrated Ideas & Technologies, Inc. (IIT) is a precision CNC machining company serving the aerospace and defense industries. We are committed to quality, reliability, technical expertise, and responsive customer service. We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who can multi-task, is detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers while working closely with our team. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is a key point of contact between IIT and our customers. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, entering and monitoring RFQ's, Purchase Orders, and key point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to multi-task, efficient with Microsoft Office suite and enjoys interacting with customers. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers. Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls and emails. Receive and process RFQ's customer purchase orders and order changes. Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in the company ERP system. Monitor open jobs and communicate order status, estimated completion dates, and shipment information to customers. Proactively communicate delays, schedule changes, and other issues before they become customer problems. Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Shipping to resolve customer needs. Coordinate customers expedite requests and communicate priorities internally. Assist with quotations, order acknowledgments, and customer documentation. Coordinate with Quality/Compliance department to review customer purchase orders, specifications, and instructions for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized customer records and documentation. Track customer requests through completion and ensure commitments are followed through. Help resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, and delivery issues professionally. Assist the team with customer communication and account support. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer and company information. Follow all company quality, security, ITAR, and confidentiality requirements. Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For Required:
2+ years of customer service, order management, administrative, or inside sales experience. Excellent written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Professional and positive attitude. Ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong customer-service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Compensation & Benefits $20-25 per hour DOE Medical (company pays premium after $75.00 per paycheck employee contribution) Dental Vision benefits Paid time off (after 1 full year of service, 40 hrs
