Hometown Chevrolet Buick GMC has an opening for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are a very busy State of the Art Facility Chevrolet, Buick , GMC store. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus and must have sales experience ! Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Schedule customer service appointments Communicating work flow with customers and technicians Greeting customers in a professional manner Accurate write up of customer concerns Convey expect cost and obtaining approval of repairs Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction Performing any additional task assigned by management
