• Full-time Job Description We are looking for someone to join our crew.

The ideal candidate will have experience with raising row crop, as well as the ability to work in a team. Job may depend on the day but will consist of all jobs on a typical row crop farm. We are a small row crop farm in Fruitland, Idaho. Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and must be able to stand for 8 hours. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be willing to work overtime, Saturdays, and Sundays if needed. Must be willing to work on your feet for an extended period of time. Must have a good attitude! Must have experience working on a farm.

Job Duties:

• Assist Farm Manager/Owner with day-to-day activities.
• Help oversee projects and assist with them getting done in a timely manner
• Driving tractor, 10 wheelers, any other equipment around the farm.
• Ability to mechanic on equipment to some degree.
• Ability to maintain equipment as needed
• Assist in helping change water (Experience with pivots a plus)
