Job Description
Our Clearwater River Lodge is seeking courteous hospitable individuals responsible for greeting guests at check-in and check-out registration of the Lodge, receiving payments, great verbal, and non-verbal communication skills, identifying guest satisfaction or dissatisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and safety, may assume other roles within hotel, and have good computer knowledge. Our professional Lodge GSR must have strong problem-solving skills, friendly demeanor, be efficient, be capable, pleasant, and helpful while interacting or addressing guest questions on hotel or facility needs, handling telephone queries, and manage hotel bookings. GSR must be comfortable with flexible work schedules, and may work nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Requires valid driver's license with the ability to be insure under the tribe's policy. Six (6) months experience in customer focused environment required. Three (3) months cash handling experience required. Must be able to pass background check to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License. Must be willing to submit pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
