Service Advisor / Sales Superstar Wanted! Are you a people person who LOVES to sell, communicate, and win? We're looking for an upbeat, outgoing, high-energy Service Advisor to join our team. Here's the secret: You don't need to be a car expert. We can teach you the automotive side of the business. What we can't easily teach is personality, confidence, positivity, work ethic, and the ability to connect with people and turn opportunities into sales. If you're the type of person who walks into a room and makes it more fun, enjoys talking to customers, isn't afraid to ask for the sale, and loves the feeling of hitting a goal- we want to meet you.
THIS IS A SALES POSITION
Our Service Advisors are a major part of our sales team. You'll be responsible for helping customers understand what their vehicle needs, presenting repair recommendations, following up, and building enough trust that customers feel confident saying YES. You'll have the opportunity to manage $20K-$30K+ in weekly repair sales , with strong earning potential for someone who can consistently perform. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is: Outgoing, friendly, and energetic Naturally confident talking to people Comfortable asking for the sale Competitive and motivated by goals Positive even when the shop gets busy A strong communicator who can build trust quickly Organized and able to follow a proven process Comfortable with computers, Excel, Google Docs, and POS systems Coachable and hungry to improve Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Automotive experience is a PLUS... but it's not the most important thing. If you've been successful in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, insurance, or another people-focused industry , we want to hear from you. We can teach you cars. We're looking for someone who already knows how to connect with PEOPLE.
