Essential responsibilities:
Answering phones, making insurance changes and writing policies, scanning documents, emailing, processing in-coming and out-going mail, processing insurance payments, generally keeping customers satisfied with our service.Qualifications:
- Be dependable, self-motivated, and team oriented
- Have a strong work-ethic
- Able to answer phones quickly, with a cheerful attitude and a smile
- Kind to clients and co-workers
- Able to type 50 WPM or higher
- Able to learn new computer programs easily
