Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Lead Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our compassionate veterinary team. In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for client interactions, ensuring exceptional service while supporting the smooth operation of our veterinary practice. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to delivering pet care excellence, fostering positive relationships with clients, and maintaining high standards of animal handling and clinic procedures. Duties Lead and mentor the customer service team to deliver outstanding client experiences, ensuring clear communication and professional support at all times Oversee front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and managing veterinary software systems with accuracy and efficiency Assist clients with inquiries related to pet care, veterinary procedures, billing, and medication refills while maintaining a friendly and empathetic demeanor Ensure proper documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and laboratory results while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy Work alongside the Practice Manager to manage client complaints and staff disciplinary action Full job description available during interview Experience Proven experience working in a veterinary clinic environment with familiarity in veterinary administrative support roles Knowledge of veterinary terminology, medical-surgical procedures, and client communication strategies Hands-on experience with laboratory procedures and veterinary software systems for record keeping and scheduling Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or team lead roles Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional pet healthcare while delivering top-tier customer service.
