Job Description

Customer Service Representative We are currently looking to add an additional Customer Service Representative with prior experience in the field to join our team. Allowing us to continue efforts in expansion, communication, and upholding the needs of new and existing customers. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Review contract requirements as summarized on sales orders against quotes. Create and release sales orders and production jobs to support customer orders. Calculate and acknowledge estimated delivery dates based on current lead times and required operations. Coordinate with Scheduling delivery date discrepancies and customer expedites. Communicate effectively and timely with customers regarding new and open orders. Manage and oversee inventory management programs for various customers. Process engineering changes including revision levels and operational changes. Compile necessary job documents and work instructions to release to production floor. Enter and update set-up reports and ensure master file has current production rates and machine center capabilities. Provide support to Sales, Quality, and Production departments as needed. Provide backup support to reception and telephones as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality management requirements at all times. Performs other work-related activities as assigned by the heads of departments or management. Position Requirements High School diploma or equivalent, college education preferred. 2-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work self-directed and independently. Can-do attitude. Good attendance and performance work history. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Physical ability to perform work requiring continuous sitting with frequent bending, twisting, and walking the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 30lbs. occasionally.
