• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule Service Appointments
• Direct calls to appropriate departments
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
• Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service
• Complete call logs and reports as required
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
