Customer Service Representative/ Receptionist- 6:00am - 2:30 M-F "Corfu Foods is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Bensenville, IL. In this role, you'll be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a great customer support experience. At Corfu Foods, we're committed to fostering an environment that's welcoming, inclusive and respectful. Job Summary Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and salesmen. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, cancelations, and other queries. Primary Responsibilities Check voicemail and enter new orders Enter weights and reprint invoices Give paperwork to drivers Email any shortages of product to salesperson Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. Customer Service Representatives need a variety of skills and qualifications to succeed, including: Interpersonal and customer service skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Multitasking and organizational skills Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily Ability to share work among a customer service team Attentiveness and patience Time-management skills Experience preferred but not necessary, Training will be provided
