We're searching for a Veterinary Client Services Rep who's organized, upbeat, and ready to be the heartbeat of our clinic. You'll be the first smile clients see and the steady voice they trust — whether they're bringing in a brand-new puppy or a 15-year-old best friend. What You'll Actually Be Doing ✨ Greeting pets and their humans like the VIPs they are Scheduling appointments + handling calls without breaking a sweat Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly Helping pet parents with questions, concerns, and the occasional "my dog ate WHAT?" moment Providing calm vibes to nervous pups (and sometimes their people) What We're Looking For At least 1 - 2 years experience of veterinary medicine experience (required) You genuinely love animals and people You're a strong communicator (in person + on the phone) Bi-lingual (not required but strongly recommended) Can work on a rotating Saturday schedule Someone who is looking to work 25 - 30 hours. You can multitask without spiraling You bring positive energy, even on busy days Customer service experience? Cool. Great attitude? Cooler.
