Sr. Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in customer service and administrative support. The role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while managing a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate quotes and pricing in response to customer inquiries.
• Process and review customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
• Monitor orders throughout their lifecycle, from entry to shipping, and address any issues that arise.
• Check inventory levels with warehouses, mills, and external vendors to meet customer needs.
• Follow up on quotes with customers to secure business and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with outside sales staff, keeping them informed of quotes, orders, and any problems.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Handle certifications and filing related to customer orders.
• Gather and coordinate information for new accounts, working closely with the Finance Manager.
• Enter mill orders and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
