Service Advisor/Writer QUICKLANE

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document findings
• Recommend necessary repairs and services based on inspection results
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints promptly

Experience:

• Previous experience in automotive repair or service writing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a non-technical manner
• Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
• Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with tire service, oil changes, and diesel engine repair is a plus
