Position Overview:

As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will provide essential coverage by delivering outstanding service to guests and students during periods of staff absence or increased demand. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the university's front desk during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests and students in a friendly and professional manner. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about programs, services, and appointments. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of guest interactions. Address concerns or feedback from guests promptly and effectively. Requirements Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or hospitality preferred. Experience in customer service or front desk roles is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to varying schedules. Availability to work as a substitute including weekdays, evenings, or weekends as needed.
