The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. This role involves assisting customers with fuel purchases, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including fueling areas and convenience store. Stock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed and available for customers. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Supervise other staff members during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Skills Experience in upselling products to maximize sales opportunities. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive experience for every visitor. Experience in operating a cash register or similar point-of-sale systems. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Supervisory skills to lead staff during shifts when necessary. Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
