Job Description
Prairie Farms Dairy is looking to fill an office position in the local Carlinville Office. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, efficient time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem solving skills. You need to be able to multi task while working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities will vary by position and company need but will include some or all of the following: Provide Customer Service to Customers over the phone. 10-key order entry Email Correspondence with Customers Process Orders for Load Scheduling Balance products shipped with products delivered Figure and process deposits
