This is more than a traditional call-center customer service role. You'll work directly with our customers, sales team, and manufacturing partners to help manage orders, answer product and pricing questions, resolve issues, and keep everyone informed throughout the process. If you are organized, communicate well, enjoy solving problems, and can manage several things at once without losing track of the details, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, lead times, and order status Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently Track open orders, backorders, shipping updates, and returns Work directly with manufacturers regarding product availability, order confirmations, warranty questions, and other customer needs Resolve customer issues and coordinate with the appropriate sales representative or manufacturer when needed Assist with pricing discrepancies, freight questions, billing issues, and returns Support our outside sales team with quotes, product information, lead-time verification, and customer follow-up Maintain accurate customer, order, and activity information in Salesforce Assist with trade show preparation, samples, product literature, and other sales-support activities The position requires close coordination with customers, manufacturers, Saleslink's field sales team, and internal departments. What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and priorities at the same time Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find answers independently Professional, friendly, and patient when working through customer issues Comfortable learning multiple product lines and manufacturer processes Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus Previous experience in the hardware industry, manufacturer's representative industry, B2B sales support, order management, or working with multiple manufacturers is especially valuable.
