Description Veterinary Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant Grace Veterinary Clinic Chatham, IL Full-time:

35-40 hours/week, NO weekends or on-call | 7:15a-5:30p

$16-19/hr--based on experience Grace Veterinary Clinic is looking for a veterinary assistant/client service representative to join our AMAZING team! Who we are Grace Veterinary Clinic, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is a small animal practice treating both cats and dogs. We are a 2-doctor practice and are very fast-paced. Our work environment is a positive one and we take pride in cultivating relationships with both our clients and their pets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in all areas of the clinic when needed including clinic maintenance, animal care, restraining of cats and dogs, view and assisting medical staff, etc. Primary duties will consist of direct interaction with clients and their pets via phone calls, e-mails, text, and in person. Responsible for proper medical record documentation. Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, pets, and teammates. Able to lift up to 50lbs.
