Description:
The Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional support to customers by coordinating orders, responding to questions, and helping resolve issues from initial request through fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with technology, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail are essential. Bilingual candidates Italian, Spanish, or French are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and monitor them through completion Coordinate projects, deadlines, and activities across multiple internal departments Assist with international shipping, export documentation, freight arrangements, and supply chain activities Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers and internal business partners Prepare clear and professional business communications Navigate multiple technology platforms and business systems to complete daily responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently Track open issues and follow through to resolution
Qualifications:
Must be available to work 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 2+ years of full cycle customer service experience with critical thinking and decision making. Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or another ERP/CRM platform is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities Comfortable communicating with customers, internal teams, and leadership
