Client Service Coordinator

Job Description

Warady & Davis LLP , a top 25 Chicago area CPA firm, is seeking an experienced, team player with excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills to act as a support liaison between clients, partners, and staff. Candidates must be comfortable with technology including being proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and have the ability to work independently. Prior experience with a CPA firm is a plus . This position is full-time with overtime requirements during busy periods throughout the year. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to: Coordinate the tax return and/or assurance engagement process Run daily reports to assist team leaders monitor and track team KPIs Track and update project management system for the receipt of assignments Assist Partner(s) with preparer and reviewer assignments Schedule and participate in weekly accountability/workflow meetings Maintain client information in the databases Follow-up regarding E-file authorization forms Prepare billing for Partner(s) Document processing: prepare letters, scan documents, make copies, mail and email correspondence, prepare packages for UPS/FedEx Respond to client questions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate Partner/staff Utilize technology to service clients in an efficient manner Assist clients with document sharing software Relieve receptionist
WHAT YOU NEED
Ability to work independently with good judgment Organized with the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a busy, public accounting environment. Excellent communication skills Detail oriented, dedicated, flexible, resourceful and determined Comfortable working with numbers Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel 3 years of related experience preferably in a public accounting environment preferred Ability to work additional hours, as needed, during busy periods of time Ability to sit for extended periods Some light lifting and heavy stapling required

This range represents a good faith estimate of what Warady & Davis reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's specific skills, certifications, years of experience, relevant education and market conditions. In addition to compensation, employees are eligible to participate in Warady & Davis benefit programs, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other wellness and employee assistance programs. The salary range information is provided in accordance with applicable state and local salary transparency laws currently in effect and may be updated as new regulations are implemented.
