Our mission is to give our service customers a great experience with 100% transparency every time they visit. Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management. Answer phones and schedule service appointments Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner and writes up customer's vehicle problems with accuracy and clarity on repair order Knowledge of customer service history inspects vehicle and recommends additional needed service. Checks on progress of repair throughout the day Contacts customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed Maintains high customer satisfaction standards Professional appearance and work ethic Great attitude with a high-energy personality Superior customer service skills 1 plus years of automotive service experience required High School diploma or the equivalent Supplemental Pay Types include:
