Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ensure they are comfortable with the process
• Manage telephone traffic.
• Communicate effectively.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate the claims process.
• Schedule repair appointments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist in parts invoice posting and reconciliation of vendor statements.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or collision repair environment.
• Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and repair processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of CCC One and the collision repair industry would be extremely helpful.
