Customer Service & Client Support Specialist Trinity Financial Trinity Financial, a holistic financial planning firm, is seeking a caring, dependable, and detail-oriented person who genuinely enjoys serving others and is looking for more than just a job. The primary focus of this position is providing back-office support to our financial planning team, preparing investment summary reports for client meetings, and assisting clients by phone and email. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through are essential. Primary Responsibilities Provide exceptional client service and back-office support. Prepare accurate investment summary reports utilizing Excel for client meetings. Respond warmly and professionally to client phone calls and emails within by close of business or within 24 hours Process and follow up on paperwork, account updates, and client service requests. Take ownership of tasks from beginning to completion. Self-monitor outstanding requests and provide updates during team meetings. Maintain accurate records and protect confidential client information. What We're Looking For Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail. A genuine desire to serve and help others. Dependability, loyalty, integrity, and personal accountability. Excellent organization and follow-through. Professional and caring communication skills. The ability to work independently without constant supervision. A desire to build a long-term career and become a trusted member of our team. Experience in the insurance, investment, financial services, or retirement planning profession is a plus, especially familiarity with industry terminology. However, we are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and heart for serving others. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
