This role offers a $40,000-$60,000 base salary plus performance bonus, a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, and a supportive, team-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for service customers. Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate vehicle needs. Present service and repair recommendations professionally. Coordinate with technicians to maintain efficient workflow. Keep customers informed throughout the service process. Support customer satisfaction and shop productivity. Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience. Dealership or independent repair shop experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Comfortable managing a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
