Assist in dispatching of fleet work and road calls accordingly. Process repair order paperwork from beginning to invoicing. Field incoming calls, road calls and take all necessary information. Contact customers for approvals and PO numbers as needed. 100% interface with customers. Customer Service is a priority. Assist with training and developing all Service Department employees. Assist in enforcing company policies, including accident and workers compensation packets. Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside and outside of the facility. Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications:

Service Manager, Service Writer or Service Advisor experience is a plus. Commercial tire service industry experience is a plus. Retail tire experience is a plus. Transportation related work experience is a plus. Invoice

• billing experience is welcome.

Customer service skills are required. This position requires a High School Education or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills are a must. Working knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent people relations skills.
