Job Description
Sunrise Chevrolet in Glendale Heights, IL has an opening for an experienced Service BDC Agent. Qualified candidates will have automotive bdc or service advisor experience. We are a busy, high volume BDC that handles inbound calls for appointment setting, declined serice campaign calls, OEM campaign calls and maintainance reminders. GM/Chevy experience a plus but not required. This is a full-time position with some nights and weekends required . The right candidate will have the ability to quickly connect with customers and provide solutions to customer needs. This job is performance based with an industry-leading pay plan in an exceptional environment.
