We need a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Service Writer to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced shop environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Intake:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document issues for technicians. 

Repair Order Management:

Open and close repair orders, including entering VINs, mileage, and customer requests into shop management software. 

Communication Bridge:

Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, providing updates on repair status, delays, or additional recommended work. 

Estimating & Scheduling:

Assist with creating basic service estimates and scheduling appointments. 

Administrative Support:

Maintain organized customer records, process payments, and assist with parts ordering or inventory as needed.

Starting Pay Rate:

$16.00 - $18.00  401(k)  Paid Time Off  Health Insurance  Monday-Friday only, NO Saturdays!

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and a positive attitude. Automotive experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Stop by Greenup Automotive to pick up an application.
