Customer Service Representative (Insurance Agency)

About the Role We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and brings a positive, professional attitude to work every day. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our clients—answering questions, assisting with policy updates, and making sure every interaction is handled with care and attention. No prior insurance experience? That's okay. We'll train you and support you through the licensing process.
