We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, providing timely assistance, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working in a structured yet flexible environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist with inquiries related to products, services, billing, or account support Identify customer needs and provide accurate, efficient solutions Handle concerns and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience Document call details and update customer records in internal systems Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
