Job Description

Correll Co. a, management consulting firm located in Hickory Hills, is looking to fill a full-time customer service position. The person will work in a call center to answer questions for individuals who call with questions regarding their retirement plan. The contact with these individuals will be mostly via the telephone but will also include written communication. The position is onsite and will not require performing duties outside of the office. The position will require this person to work collaboratively with internal team members to process requests and be able to communicate the action steps to multiple parties, both externally and internally. The position requires candidates to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential. A college degree is not required, but knowledge and proficiency in finance, mathematics, or business is desirable. The position is full-time and includes vacation pay, health insurance, and a 401(k) Plan with a matching program.
