Guest Service Representative

```Duties``` We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Skills:

• Excellent guest relations skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
• Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
