Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information Help plan customer orders. Work within our Quickbooks system to enter orders, place orders with suppliers and keep data current. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, professional exchanges. Schedule shipping for customer orders. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Excellent customer support and client services experience in call center or manufacturer environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills for efficient data management.

Pay:

$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
