Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with questions and concerns. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays composed in a high-volume setting, and enjoys helping customers resolve service issues. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls each day, addressing service questions related to refuse and waste collection.
• Assist customers by explaining service details, responding to concerns, and working toward timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain a courteous and detail-focused approach while supporting customers in a busy, fast-paced call environment.
• Investigate service-related problems and apply sound judgment to identify effective solutions.
• Record customer conversations, service updates, and issue details accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Coordinate with coworkers when needed while also handling assigned tasks independently.
• Balance multiple priorities efficiently, including call handling, documentation, and follow-up actions.

The salary range for this position is $19 to $20. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
