Haus of Imports is looking for an experienced, confident Service Advisor to join our growing service department. We are looking for someone who provides excellent customer service, communicates clearly, stays organized, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include:

Answering service calls and assisting customers Scheduling appointments and providing repair updates Writing and explaining repair estimates Communicating between customers and technicians Handling customer concerns professionally and confidently Maintaining accurate service records Following dealership procedures and policies Assisting with parts ordering and tracking when needed The ideal candidate is confident, professional, coachable, and comfortable handling difficult conversations. You must be able to provide excellent customer service while also setting clear expectations and standing behind dealership policies. Previous automotive service experience is preferred. Experience with parts ordering is a plus.

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
