•Monday - Friday with some Saturday expectations that will allow a choice of 1 scheduled off weekday.

Typical duties may include:

Scheduling service appointments for customers Greeting customers in the service center Listening to customer's car issues and asking questions before repair Creating a repair order detailing the customer's information and service needs Discussing the customer's needs with the service department or technicians Ordering car parts and preparing service documents Reading complex technical reports and discussing the content with customers Inputting and updating customer information in a computer database system Monitoring service and keeping customers informed about the car's progress Communicating with customers to let them know when the car is ready and how much the service costs
