Veterinary Location:
Lincoln, IL 62656 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team in Lincoln, IL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced veterinary environment. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer client inquiries regarding services, treatments, and general veterinary information. Maintain accurate client and patient records using veterinary software systems. Process payments, handle billing, and manage insurance claims as needed. Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist with administrative tasks to support the veterinary team. Qualifications Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a veterinary or animal care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with veterinary software and appointment scheduling systems is a plus. Compassion for animals and a commitment to providing excellent client service. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in veterinary or customer service fields is a plus.
