LVA Bride is a luxury bridal boutique in Lincolnshire, Illinois, specializing exclusively in Milla Nova wedding gowns. We are looking for a warm, energetic, responsible, and detail-oriented Bridal Boutique Assistant to join our team. This is not just a position where you organize dresses or answer phones. You will become part of the everyday life of our boutique — helping our stylists, preparing for appointments, welcoming brides, working with beautiful wedding gowns, and making sure our store looks and feels exceptional every day. For the right person, this position also offers an opportunity to grow into a Bridal Stylist role . Location & Schedule LVA Bride — Lincolnshire, Illinois This is a fully in-person position.

Off Weekend availability is required, as Saturdays and Sundays are some of our busiest and most exciting days. What You'll Do Your main role will be to support our bridal stylists and make sure the boutique runs beautifully throughout the day.

You will:

Welcome brides and their guests and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Prepare fitting rooms and wedding gowns before appointments. Assist stylists during bridal appointments. Help brides get in and out of wedding dresses. Bring gowns, veils, and accessories to fitting rooms during appointments. Steam and prepare wedding gowns and veils. Return dresses to the correct racks and keep our collection organized. Prepare purchased gowns for client pickups. Help receive and organize new dresses and inventory. Keep fitting rooms, mirrors, displays, racks, and client areas beautiful and organized. Answer phone calls and assist with basic appointment and client questions. Learn our Milla Nova collections, accessories, pricing, and boutique processes. Support the team during events, trunk shows, photoshoots, and busy weekends. You'll be moving throughout the day, working closely with the team, and interacting with brides — so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys an active workday rather than sitting behind a desk. Who We're Looking For Experience in bridal is not required . We can teach you about wedding dresses and our processes. What matters most to us is your personality, work ethic, and attitude. You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy working with people. Positive and comfortable communicating with clients. Responsible and punctual. Organized and attentive to small details. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Someone who notices what needs to be done without always waiting to be asked. Comfortable helping brides change into wedding gowns. Able to spend much of the workday standing, walking, carrying, and handling dresses. Interested in fashion, bridal, styling, retail, or luxury customer service. A strong team player who is happy to help wherever needed. Previous experience in bridal, fashion, retail, hospitality, beauty, or customer service is a plus, but we are absolutely open to training the right person .
