Join Our Team! We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing automotive team. If you enjoy helping customers, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Answer inbound service calls and online inquiries. Schedule and confirm service appointments. Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and repairs. Contact customers through phone, text, and email to increase service retention. Reschedule missed appointments and follow up on no-shows. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Work closely with Service Advisors and Service Management to maximize appointment show rates. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience. Qualifications Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-up activities. Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and dealership software. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Professional phone presence and positive attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
