Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist looking for a role that lets you focus on communication, organization, and client support rather than the front desk? We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator . This position is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes while ensuring clients receive exceptional service. You'll serve as a central point of communication for our hospital, helping manage client requests and supporting our doctors and medical team.
Schedule Part-time:
Approximately 24 hours per week Typical hours are 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM , 4 days a week Key Responsibilities Manage internal and external prescription refill requests Process and coordinate online pharmacy approvals Triage incoming phone calls and route appropriately Monitor and respond to client emails Complete client callbacks and follow-up communication Assist with medical record requests and administrative documentation Support the medical team with miscellaneous administrative tasks Ensure timely, accurate communication with clients, pharmacies, and referring veterinarians Help maintain an organized workflow and contribute to an exceptional client experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Experienced in a veterinary hospital setting Highly organized with excellent attention to detail A strong communicator with outstanding customer service skills Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team Reliable, punctual, and proactive Knowledgeable about common canine and feline veterinary care About the Hospital Led by Drs. Tim Brandes and Alexis Newman, PPVS is a thriving four-doctor small animal practice in Lisle, Illinois. Since opening in 2013, we've continued to grow while maintaining the personalized, collaborative culture that our clients and team value. We recently completed another expansion in 2026 to better serve our patients and support our growing team.
