In this role, you will be the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle service experience. Your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will help you accurately assess customer needs, recommend appropriate services, and coordinate repairs with precision. Your proactive approach will drive customer satisfaction, foster trust, and contribute to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs. Provide explanations of recommended services. Prepare accurate auto estimates using service writing tools and communicate repair timelines clearly to customers. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of all services. Handle transactions securely and process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent service, technical advice, and transparent communication about vehicle status and repair options. Skills Experience preferred but not required. Diesel knowledge preferred but not required. Proficiency in computer use to generate repair orders required. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and active listening abilities. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
