Job Description
Key Responsibilities Customer Support:
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.Issue Resolution:
Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate, efficient, and empathetic solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.Order Management:
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and returns or exchanges.Documentation:
Accurately log all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, shipping, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve cross-departmental customer issues.Qualifications & Skills Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. [Bachelor's degree preferred but not required].Experience:
[1-3] years of experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment.Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.Empathy & Patience:
Ability to remain calm, patient, and de-escalate tense situations when dealing with frustrated customers.Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using computers, navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously, and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).Pay:
$22.50 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:
