Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (Required).

Experience:

2+ years in customer service, order expediting, or administrative support (industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred).

Tech Savvy:

proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or Epicor preferred) or order management software is highly preferred.

Flag priority requests for the warehouse team, keep customers informed on completion timelines or delays, and keep meticulous logs in our ERP system.
